The Villa has been completely renowed and refurbished, in the recent years, according to an elegant and modernTuscany style. The building is environmentally friendly and the and the indoor air conditioning is guaranteed by excellent insulation of the building and air conditioning in the rooms.
The house is closed to the ancient medieval site of Gaville Castle, just 15 minute from Greve in Chianti town and Figline Valdarno and 40 minute form to the cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo, just the real heart of Tuscany.
The Villa is totally independent, there are any other residences nearby and it remains completely separated from the owner's residence, but rather close to it for any needs and questions.
The villa, surrounded by olive groves, extending on 2 floors/levels for totally 200 sqm, overlooks a large private garden composed by several yards, porches, terraces and green areas and flowers, where everyone can find his ideal place to relax and enjoy the countryside, its smells and charm.
The villa is conceived for 6 people (6 adults and a maximum of 2 children in addiction), but can be suitable for up to 7 adults.

Facilities & Exclusivity
The house is equipped with satellite TV, wifi internet, central heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven and microwave, gas stove, wood oven and barbecue.
The car park is equipped with an electric car charging station. 
Guests have exclusive use of the villa as well as the private garden, the parking inside and the swimming pool.

Ground floor
The ground floor is composed of 5 rooms: a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a small office and a bathroom.
Coming from the garden and passing through double French windows it is possible to enter the living room furnished with a sofa and comfortable armchairs, TV and a rich collection of children toys and books available for use.
The dining room, located on the right, has a large table which can host up to 14 guests.
Close to the living room and near the doorway, there is a small office with a desk and a reading area.
On the ground floor there is a laundry room facility with a washing machine, ironing area, a large fridge and a freezer.
On the other side of the laundry, you can find the kitchen that is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a confortable table for breakfast for 8 guests. From the kitchen you can access the yard with all the necessary for lunch and dinner outside and a barbecue area. Close to the kitchen there is a wood-fired oven which is fantastic for cooking pizzas and typical Tuscan dishes and it will be possible to use it with the assistance of the owners.
There is a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
A stone staircase, with a wonderful artistic wrought iron banister decorated with branches and leaves, permits to access the first floor.

First floor
The floor is composed of 6 rooms: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a square terrace furnished of relaxing facilities. All rooms have a wonderful view on the countryside.
The “Blue bedroom" has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower.
The “Red bedroom" has two single large size beds, but they became a confortable queen-sized bed on request.
The “Roses’ bedroom" has a queen-size bed.
The “Poppy’s bedroom" has a double single bed wonderful for teenagers. This room has the access to a shaded and cool terrace, enjoyable expecially in the morning.
The other bathroom on the floor has a large sink, toilet and shower.
The "Blu bedroom" and the “Red bedroom" are big enought to guest a third single bed for an adult or a little bed for children.
The “Blue bedroom" has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower.
The “Red bedroom" has two single large size beds, but they became a confortable queen-sized bed on request.
The “Roses’ bedroom" has a queen-size bed.
The “Poppy’s bedroom" has a double single bed wonderful for teenagers. This room has the access to a shaded and cool terrace, enjoyable expecially in the morning.
The other bathroom on the floor has a large sink, toilet and shower.
The "Blu bedroom" and the “Red bedroom" are big enought to guest a third single bed for an adult or a little bed for children.
Swimming Pool and the Garden
The pool is surrounded by olive trees and it is bordered by a grove of oak trees belonging to the property.
The pool dimension is 50 sqm (5m×10m). It has a confortable underwater seats, with massaging water jets, perfect for relaxing, reading or enjoing a drink, while refreshing in the water.
Solarium area, extended for 160 sqm, is furnished of relaxing facilities and it is paved in travertine. Thank to the panorama it is a wonderful area for cocktail.
The garden, extended for about 450 sqm, presents several outside dining spaces as well as several porches for relaxion.
