To be paid with the rent amount at the arrival:
- Final Cleaning (mandatory): 200 € - 250 €
- Weekly cleaning (for stay > 7 days): 80 €
- Accomodation Tax
- Refundable security deposit in cash (mandatory): 500 €
Included in the rental price:
- Bed Linen and Towels (initial set)

Not included in the rental price
- Air conditioning (paid per use)
- Electric car charging (paid per use)
- Pool towels: 10 €/piece
- Additional bed (>7 beds, babycot included): 200 €/week
- Maid service (on request): to be arranged with the owner
- Cook (on request): to be arranged with the owner
- Heating : 30 €/day - 200 €/week (Autumn and Winter)
To be paid on the spot to the professional in the field:
- Tour Guide (English, Russian, French and Italian) (on request)
- Vespa125 rental (on request)
- Cooking Classes (on request)
- Dinner at home (on request)
- Hair Stylist in Outlet “The Mall” or for service at home (on request)
